We need your help!

Thank you for taking part in DETECT-RIO Safe CBD screening study and having your screening test.  This online questionnaire is aimed at understanding the impact of social distancing and wellbeing of COVID-19 on your health – it does not give health advice.

Your information here will not be identifiable.  You will just need to key in your RIO TINTO screening number so we can link your answers to your test results.

By clicking the “PROCEED” button, you will be given further information and once you’re happy, you can then consent to proceed to the questionnaire.

* includes the electronic consent and questionnaire
